Welcome To Senior Fest 2022 Vendor Application!

 

Thank you for your interest in being a Vendor at Senior Fest set to take place May 17-19, 2022, at POST Houston in Houston, Texas. During this time, we will have three days of fun, but impactful conference sessions and activations geared toward celebrating this year’s Houston ISD senior class. Each day will be a different set of speakers, presenters and panelists, and we are expecting an attendance of about 12,000 graduating Seniors from across Houston Independent School District. 

 

We are looking for a wide variety of unique items and merchandise that the students would be excited to see. This is a great opportunity to reach a large number of students from across the city who’ll be dispersing across the country! Who wouldn't want a chance to sell and get some brand recognition? We look forward to seeing what everyone has to offer! 

 

A few vendor details: Booths will range in price from $150-250, depending on the size space you require. We have a limited number of vendor spots available. If you are interested, please don't wait to jump on this opportunity. After you fill out your application and our team reviews all applications, we will contact you about our decision. We wish we could say yes to everyone, but space is limited and we want to make sure we maintain variety among the booths. 

 

Important Information

  • Set up will be Monday, May 16, 2022, from 2 PM - 6 PM. Tear down will be Friday, May 20, 2022, 8 AM - 10 AM or 4 PM - 6 PM. 

  • Vendor fees do not include tables or chairs. If you wish to have a table and two chairs, this can be added for $20. 

  • Vendors will be open for shopping for a total of four hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS

1. All vendors must complete the Vendor Application form below with all fields complete or their applications will not be considered. Applications and images of inventory are due by April 15, 2022 at 7pm CST.

2.  The Vendor Application Form will offer a space to upload images of inventory you’d like to sale. All retail vendors must submit images of products proposed for sale at Senior Fest. Failure to submit appropriate samples/images may delay the approval of your application and/or result in your application’s rejection. Applications and images of inventory are due by April 15, 2022 at 7pm CST.

3.  Upon receiving your application, your application and samples will be reviewed by the Education Entertainment team.

4. All approved Senior Fest vendors will be notified by email. At this time, an invoice will be sent to collect vendor fees, as stipulated on the application form. Fees must then be received within two weeks of email notification. Failure to timely remit payment may result in the forfeiture of your spot. 

The Educational Entertainment team reserves the right to disapprove/deny any Vendor application at its sole and absolute discretion.

VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Only products listed on the Vendor’s application may be sold during the conference.

  2. Only two representatives per vendor booth are permitted at one time, and only those with proper identification as the appropriate vendor representative(s) are allowed behind the booth table at any/all times. Attendees are not allowed behind booths.

  3. Vendor booths are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis (upon approval of application and timely receipt of fee).

  4. Vendor booth placement is not to be moved or swapped at any time.

  5. Vendors should provide their own dolly/cart to move merchandise around and are responsible for handling their own merchandise at all times.

  6. Please be respectful of other vendors and exhibitors around you.

 

Violation of the above Rules and Regulations will result in immediate and complete dismissal from Senior Fest without refund.

 

The Educational Entertainment Team reserves the right to restrict any booth activities or evict any vendor, with or without cause, and in its sole and absolute discretion. In the event of such a restriction or eviction, the conference will not be liable for any refunds or other exhibit expenses. 

 

Your application will not be considered without images of your inventory!

Vendor Fee: 10x10 ($150); 10x20 ($250); Contact for Exhibit Space Larger Than 10x20.

 

Fees include a 6ft banquet table and 2 chairs. Fees do NOT include: food, transportation, ticket to event.
